I'm a Chattanooga girl, now rooted in the heart of metro Atlanta, and a proud mama to one amazing son who has officially left the nest.

Growing up, both of my parents were teachers and I was absolutely certain I would never follow in their footsteps. I said it with conviction. Spirit heard me, smiled, and had other plans.

My journey began in 2014, the year my son graduated from high school. As I watched him step into his own life, I was left standing in the quiet with one big question: "Okay… now what do I do with mine?" I started blogging about life as an empty nester on a spiritual path, searching for myself in the in-between. What I found was so much more than I expected, I found my calling.

Today, I'm a Spiritual Empowerment Coach for women 40 and older, a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Healer, an intuitive oracle card reader, a podcast host, and a published author. Turns out, I am very much a teacher just not in the way I imagined. Spirit knew exactly what they was doing.

I am deeply passionate about women who know they are called: the light workers, the spiritual coaches, the intuitives, the energy healers, the creatives who are still hiding in plain sight and playing small. My work is to help you stop shrinking and start shining. Through reiki training and certification, spiritual guidance, Reikipreneur skills, and confidence-building strategies, I hold space for you to step fully into your most authentic, most powerful self.
