Here's my reiki story: I was introduced to reiki a few ways. The first time I had ever heard the word "reiki" was through my spiritual business coach. She was talking about a session she had with her sister. The next thing I knew, one of my friends reached out to me and asked if she could give me an energy healing session for a class she was taking. When I got that healing session from my friend, I knew that I had to know more about this practice. I did my research, found an instructor, enrolled, and the rest is history or her-story.
